frequently asked questions
What is the turn around time for our wedding gallery? How many photos are delivered in a gallery?
24-48 hours after your wedding day I will deliver 70 - 100 sneak peek photos to share with your family and friends while I work on your gallery. The final gallery will be delivered in a high res online gallery within 2-4 weeks.
For 8 hours of coverage on your wedding day, you will receive 700 - 1000 images in your wedding gallery, about 100 images per hour.
How can we download our images? Do we Have permission to print our images? Where can we print our images?
You can download your images right from your gallery onto your computer. I highly recommend downloading the images onto a durable external hard drive instead of just a computer so that your images are in a safe place. Here is a link for the external hard drives I use. (Hard drive)
The print release for your photos in included in your wedding day contract at no extra cost. You can print your images right through your wedding gallery using my print lab or you can use any other source of image printing that you want or prefer.
Do you have a travel fee?
There is a travel fee for wedding locations that exceed 120 miles round trip ( about an hour away ) from my office in Cranston Rhode Island. The cost is $1.50 a mile after 120 miles.
Do you backup your images? Do you have backup equipment? Are you insured?
To backup my images I use 2 SD card slots on each camera so that I have 2 copies of each.
I have backup cameras, backup SD cards, backup lighting and all other backup equipment to make sure that I am ready for issues that may occur on wedding day. You are in good hands!
Love by the ocean co is fully insured. If your venue needs a copy of my insurance paperwork just let me know and i will send it over.
